NTT DATA is progressing with the integration of Niveus Solutions, following the acquisition of the cloud engineering company in February 2025. As part of this progression, the Niveus brand will transition to the NTT DATA brand in October 2026, and the Niveus brand will start to be retired in the external market.
The brand transition represents an important milestone in the integration journey, creating a unified market presence while operational integration continues over time. Clients, partners, and stakeholders will continue to benefit from the same expertise, talent and innovation capabilities that have distinguished Niveus in the market, now strengthened by the breadth and scale of NTT DATA.
